Horsham Youth Council is also known as HYPER (an acronym for Horsham Young People's Elected Representatives). HYPER aims to give young people living in Horsham the opportunity to have a say and make a difference at a local level.
Links with the Council’s Chief Executive and the Councillors mean that we can get our views across to the people who are making decisions. We meet fortnightly on a Monday from 4.30pm-5.15pm. Meetings are informal, fun and you get biscuits! Anyone who is 13-18 years old can get involved. If you want to have a say we want to hear from you!
